We always stay here and it’s usually top notch, had an issue with house keeping and management didn’t go out of their way to correct situation or reach out and go the extra mile, maybe even compensate in some way (offer discount on meal, drinks, something?).

房间很好，视野好，房间设施应有尽有，住得舒心。前台服务人员非常热情，友好，让人感到很是温馨。酒店对面有一家卖食品的大超市，物美价廉，吃饭非常方便。

My wife & I enjoy the 2 restaurants the hotel offer but I wish the hotel can offer a continental buffet for breakfast!

what kind of mattress do you use? Y'all did great til the last check-out and valet service messed up. what type of mattresses do you use? I loved your mattress.

A 5 Star Experience From the minute we arrived it was a 5 star experience. The valet immediately sprang into action and gave us all the info we needed. At check-in we were immediately offered water in eco-friendly containers. We were also upgraded to a stadium suite (due to our wedding anniversary) with views of both stadiums for the Vikings and the Twins. We were then brought a complimentary bottle of champagne which was an unexpected surprise. We were offered turn down service which we declined as we had a late dinner reservation. And then we had a lovely breakfast the next morning and check out was a breeze with only a couple minutes wait for our vehicle. Easily the best stay in Minneapolis we have had.

Fantastic Stay! Absolutely amazing! Upgraded room was a great surprise - I really appreciated Naomi & the team reaching out prior to the stay and to ask if there was anything they could do in advance. The views of the fireworks on the 4th of July were amazing from the hotel!

Best hotel ever! Everyone that works there is angelic! And the beds and pillows and views and pool and gym…. I could go on. But the help there is even better- like seriously!!!! Only thing to keep in mind is to get to the pool kinda early if u want a chair. Otherwise there’s a waitlist. Worth it though!

Very, clean, comfortable and beautiful hotel. However, the night we arrived, there was an event near the pool deck. The pool area was crowded, guests staying at the hotel had to wait 25-30 minutes for service or a drink vs. the event guests. Guests using the pool area were also subject to other guests crowding the pool area for a fashion show.
